Karen and Mike Chalmers are husband and wife team with a combined 60 years of construction experience to bring to our clients. They specialize in our remote construction projects such as our many builds on Gambier Island.

Steve Ellis is our project supervisor and lead construction designer. Steve designs most of our Timber frame builds to fit our clients needs. He also brings to our team comprehensive management to ensure every build is completed on time.
